Pokemon Yellow walkthrough
Follow the hub for badge order, then open each section page for the full source-backed tables. Yellow encounter rows come from pret/pokeyellow, and Rival branches are shown by Eevee's Jolteon, Flareon, or Vaporeon route.
Quick Start
- Pikachu is mandatory and strong into Misty, but Brock asks you to train Route 22 or Viridian Forest support before the first Gym.
- Yellow wild tables use Game, Method, and Condition. There is no normal time-of-day encounter split in Generation I.
- Major prep checks are Brock, Misty, Lt. Surge, Erika, Koga, Sabrina, Blaine, Giovanni, Jessie and James, the Elite Four, Champion Rival, and Mewtwo.
- Completion requires external trades for several Pokemon; in-game trades, gift starters, fossils, Game Corner prizes, Safari Zone encounters, and legendaries are tracked in the relevant sections.

Sources
pret/pokeyellowis the source of truth for wild encounters, trainers, parties, map object events, hidden events, rods, trades, and Game Corner prize data.- Trainer rewards use the source money table formula: trainer class base money multiplied by the level of the last enemy Pokemon.
- Encounter odds aggregate the ten Gen I wild slots into species rows per method.
