Unlock: Fennel activates it after the Dreamyard Munna rescue.
- The Wireless, Online, and Infrared panels expose local communication and the original Nintendo Wi-Fi features.
- The Online panel's Game Sync service is discontinued; local infrared and compatible local wireless functions remain cartridge features.
Xtransceiver
Unlock: Received during the opening journey.
- Story calls arrive automatically; local four-player video chat requires compatible Nintendo DS hardware and nearby players.
- It is a communication tool, not a wild-encounter condition.
Entralink and Entree Forest
Unlock: Enter through the C-Gear after receiving it.
- The central island hosts Entree missions and Pass Powers; another player's world requires local wireless.
- Dream World Pokémon formerly arrived in Entree Forest through Game Sync. That online pipeline is discontinued.
Pass Powers
Unlock: Complete Entralink missions to raise Entree levels.
- Powers can modify encounter rates, prize money, experience, hatching, and shopping for a limited duration.
- White and Black Entree levels grow through missions in the opposite-colored half of another player's Entralink.
Pokémon Dream World
Unlock: Former Game Sync web service.
- The official service is discontinued, so new Dream World sessions and ordinary Entree Forest deliveries are no longer available.
- Historical Dream World Pokémon and event distributions remain event-only documentation, never normal progression.

Unlock: Visit the Musical Theater in Nimbasa City.
- Dress one Pokémon with Props, choose a show, appeal during the performance, and speak to audience members afterward for Props.
- The owner gives the Prop Case. Collecting all 100 Props upgrades the Trainer Card in Black and White; use the checklist below to track the complete set.
Big Stadium and Small Court
Unlock: Nimbasa City; athlete schedules expand by badge count and postgame status.
- Big Stadium rotates baseball, soccer, and football schedules; Small Court rotates tennis and basketball.
- The complete source parties are placed under this section in trainers.json, including badge-tier and postgame variants.
Royal Unova
Unlock: Postgame evening departure from Castelia's Cruise Dock.
- Pay the fare, defeat the announced number of trainers before the ship returns, and collect the captain's daily reward.
- Departure uses the current season's evening window, so consult seasons.json before traveling.
Ferris wheel daily trainers
Unlock: After the Nimbasa story ride with N.
- A season- and player-character-dependent partner can battle and ride once per day.
- These repeatable trainers are kept separate from the one-time N story battle.

Collect all 100 Props to earn the Pokémon Musical Trainer Card upgrade in Pokémon Black and White.

- Balance Prop categories while favoring the selected show's category; using too many Props of one category has diminishing returns.
- Only an arm-slot Prop can be activated during the dance, and each equipped arm Prop can appeal once.
- Speak to the followers in the lobby after every performance. Cumulative Dress Up score raises the follower count to a maximum of ten.

- Gift Pokémon require party or storage space; fossil restoration is a choice system, not a version exclusive.

- Generation V TMs are reusable and are never consumed after teaching a move.
