Phase Checklist
- Saffron City and Fighting Dojo: The Dojo is optional but gives a strong gift Pokemon and extra levels before Silph.
- Silph Co.: The clean route is Card Key first, then key item/item sweep, then Rival on 7F, then Giovanni on 11F.
- Saffron Gym: Use the diagonal warp-room logic or fight trainers for experience before Sabrina.
- Power Plant: Power Plant is optional now but convenient once Surf is available.
