★ ★ ★ Important post-game milestone. After you've participated in at least one Battle Maison battle (any mode), Calem/Serena shows up in Kiloude. They rematch you once per day at significantly higher levels.

- ★ ★ ★ Unlocks the Mega Ring Upgrade quest — the rival tells you Sycamore is at the Anistar Sundial. This is required to unlock Mega Stone shimmer hunting.
Daily rematch: The rival is here every day. Each day's rematch grants prize money + experience. Strong farming target if you have time-of-day flexibility.
