Unlock:Defeat Champion Iris in White 2, or receive the Easy Key through Unova Link.
Most Trainer Pokémon drop by 1 level; major bosses use separately encoded lower levels and may have reduced parties.
Challenge Mode
Unlock:Defeat Champion Iris in Black 2, or receive the Challenge Key through Unova Link.
Most Trainer Pokémon rise by 1 level; major bosses use separately encoded higher levels and may gain an additional Pokémon.

Share Easy, Challenge, Iron, and Iceberg Keys between nearby games.
Unova Link Key System
Keys are unlocked after specific milestones and sent through Unova Link over local infrared; the receiving game can activate a shared key without completing the original unlock.
