Completion order

1. Route 6 — Collect seasonal grass encounters, visit the lab, and obtain HM03 Surf.
2. Mistralton Cave — Mark the Surf-access cave and Cobalion chamber for the optional legendary route.
3. Chargestone Cave — Push charged stones, clear Plasma, and battle N at the exit.
4. Mistralton City — Inspect the airport and follow Skyla to Celestial Tower.
5. Route 7 — Use the balance beams, clear the tall grass, and reach Celestial Tower.
6. Celestial Tower — Climb every floor, ring the bell, and return to the Gym.
7. Mistralton Gym — Skyla — Use the cannons and ground Skyla's Flying team.
