Phase Route
- Kimono Girls and version mascot — Win five consecutive battles, obtain the bell, and catch Ho-Oh or Lugia.
- Routes 45-46 and Dark Cave cleanup — Descend from Blackthorn and clear every ledge-exclusive branch.
- Routes 27-26 and Tohjo Falls — Cross into Kanto and complete the Badge check road.
- Victory Road and Silver — Collect all three floors and win the final pre-League rival battle.
- Elite Four and Champion Lance — Defeat Will, Koga, Bruno, Karen, and Lance without returning to the lobby.
