Pokémon HeartGold & SoulSilver Phase 11: Kanto east

Sail to Vermilion, restore the Power Plant, and collect the eastern Kanto badges.

Phase Route

1. S.S. Aqua — Find the missing sailor, clear every cabin, and reunite the passenger with her grandfather.
2. Vermilion City and Gym — Lt. Surge — Clear the harbor services and reset-proof trash-can switches.
3. Routes 6, 5, Saffron, and Copycat — Open Saffron's stations and begin the Copycat pass errand.
4. Lavender, Rock Tunnel, and Power Plant — Learn the outage cause and recover the Machine Part.
5. Cerulean theft and Nugget Bridge — Chase the Rocket grunt, recover the Machine Part, and clear Routes 4, 24, and 25.
6. Cerulean Gym — Misty — Return Misty to the Gym and defeat her rain-ready Water team.
7. Saffron Gym — Sabrina — Route the teleporter grid and defeat Sabrina.
8. Fuchsia City and Gym — Janine — Identify Janine among the disguises and clear the invisible-wall maze.
