Phase 1: First steps

Choose a partner, complete Elm's errand, identify Silver, and unlock Poké Balls. Target levels: 5-8 · Reward: Pokédex, Pokégear Map Card, Poké Balls

Phase 2: Zephyr Badge

Reach Violet, clear Sprout Tower, and defeat Falkner. Target levels: 7-15 · Reward: Zephyr Badge, TM51 Roost, Rock Smash access

Phase 3: Hive Badge

Cross Route 32 and Union Cave, stop Proton in Slowpoke Well, and solve Bugsy's web platforms. Target levels: 12-20 · Reward: Hive Badge, TM89 U-turn, Cut access

Phase 4: Plain Badge

Navigate Ilex Forest, unlock Day Care and radio systems, then defeat Whitney. Target levels: 16-25 · Reward: Plain Badge, TM45 Attract, Strength access

Phase 5: Fog Badge

Cross Routes 35-37, wake Sudowoodo, release the beasts, and defeat Morty. Target levels: 20-28 · Reward: Fog Badge, TM30 Shadow Ball, Surf access
