The Seafloor Cavern requires Strength and Rock Smash. The boulder puzzles are the main friction point, so bring the correct HM users before entering. If you reach a room that seems blocked, reset the boulders by leaving and re-entering the room.
Wild encounters include Zubat/Golbat lines and water/cave options depending on floor and method. The dungeon’s important job is story progression, not team building, so do not risk a core team member for a low-value catch.
