With the Clear Bell, to Ecruteak and enter the Tin Tower. The Wise Trio (Sages) test you at the entrance — beat them, then meet Suicune in the foyer. This is its only catchable encounter.
Suicune
Missable — the big one: Unlike the roaming beasts, Suicune won't flee here, but if you knock it out it's gone for good. Save right before the foyer. Lead with a status move (Thunder WaveElectric/Sleep), chip with weak attacks, and bring 15–20 Ultra Balls (or use the Master Ball if you saved it). Full plan in the Legendary Reference.
