Obtain the National Dex, open Pal Park and the Battle Zone, catch the post-game legends, and finish Sinnoh's optional routes.

Section 1National Dex and Poké Radar

Complete the Sinnoh Dex seen requirement and collect Oak's upgrades.

Section 2Route 221 and Pal Park

Finish the number-house puzzle and unlock GBA migration.

Section 3Fight Area and Battle Frontier Gate

Arrive by Snowpoint ferry and defeat the Flint-and-Volkner tag battle.

Section 4Routes 225 and Survival Area

Climb the western island road and unlock the Battleground.

Section 5Route 226, Route 228, and Move Tutors

Cross the water cliffs and sandstorm route for the final shard and starter tutors.

Section 6Route 227 and Stark Mountain

Escort Buck, stop Charon, and open Heatran's chamber.

Section 7Resort Area, Villa, and Routes 229-230

Build the Villa, clear the island's final routes, and fish the Resort pond.

Section 8Turnback Cave and Giratina Rematch

Navigate the randomized pillar rooms and recover Giratina if the story battle was lost.

Section 9Fullmoon Island and Cresselia

Obtain the Lunar Wing and release Cresselia as a roaming Pokémon.

Section 10Lake Trio

Catch Uxie and Azelf in their caverns and track roaming Mesprit.

Section 11Dialga and Palkia at Spear Pillar

Collect the Adamant and Lustrous Orbs and open both summit portals.

Section 12Regi Ruins and Regigigas

Use the special event Regigigas to open three ruins, then awaken Snowpoint Temple's giant.

Section 13Legendary Birds and Swarms

Trigger Oak's roaming birds and begin the daily swarm rotation.

Section 14Special Encounter Systems

Use Honey, Great Marsh, Trophy Garden, Radar, swarms, and GBA insertion without mixing their slot rules.
