Route Map
Phase 7 is shorter than Phase 6 — two new routes, one optional sub-area (Lost Hotel), and one city. No major Team Flare arc here; that's all packed into Phase 8. Focus is on item collection (especially TM95 Snarl from Lost Hotel) and grinding levels for the upcoming Lv 44–48 gym.

Section 2 Lost HotelAn abandoned hotel ruin north of Route 15. Optional, but strongly recommended — multiple high-value items behind Rock-Smash walls, and several Punk Rocker trainers for XP.
Section 3 Route 16 — Melancolie PathA misty, drizzly route heading east. Connects Lumiose/Lost Hotel area to Anistar.
Section 4 Anistar CityAn astronomy-themed city built around a glowing crystal sundial in the center. Several worthwhile NPCs, plus one emotionally heavy side quest (the Old Man) that pays off only after you've reached the Hall of Fame.
Section 5 Anistar Gym — Olympia, the Psychic LeaderOlympia — Anistar City Gym Psychic-type · Mystical astronomer · Specialty: setup tanks with Psychic + utility Gym puzzle: A starlit cosmic interior.
Section 6 What's Next — Phase 8 SetupThe Psychic Badge is the last "normal" gym before the endgame avalanche. Phase 8 is enormous: Phase 8 preview — Iceberg Badge + Champion: Lysandre Labs raid — the Lysandre Cafe hidden door finally opens.
