Dusk Stone update
Dusk Stone for Aegislash is found in Terminus Cave (Phase 8 area, post-Anistar). Until then, Doublade is your Steel/Ghost option — same typing, just slightly lower stats. Don't sweat the wait.

RecommendationPhase 7 is essentially version-neutral aside from the cosmetic Basculin split. Same Anistar, same Olympia roster, same Lost Hotel items, same Sundial mechanic.
Same in bothEverything that matters — Route 15/16 trainers, Lost Hotel layout/trainers/TMs, Anistar city, Olympia's gym roster, the Old Man quest, TM04 Calm Mind reward.
Phase 7 Checklist
- Exit Laverre east to enter Route 15 (Brun Way)
- Beat all 6 Route 15 trainers (Luna, Mahalyn, Silas, Keith, Pedro, Rune & Rime)
- Catch a Phantump or Pumpkaboo for Ghost/Grass coverage
- Enter the Lost Hotel sub-area (need HM06 Rock Smash)
- Beat the 6 Punk Rocker trainers in Lost Hotel
- ★ Rock Smash the cracked walls for TM95 Snarl + Dread Plate + Protector
- Pick up Twisted Spoon, Reaper Cloth in Lost Hotel
- Catch a Litwick for future Chandelure (need Dusk Stone later)
- Catch a Klefki (rare) for Prankster utility
- Exit to Route 16 (Mélancolie Path)
- Beat all Route 16 trainers (Gavin Sky, Lee, Osanna, Bjorn, Achlys & Eos double, Alice, Wade, Finn)
- Enter Anistar City
- Take the Repeat Balls from the girl at city entrance
- Visit Memory Girl for flavor (no reward)
- ★ ★ Lend a Lv 5 or under Pokémon to the Old Man (sets up post-Hall of Fame Comet Shard)
- Pick up Sun Stone from Sundial Dowsing
- Restock at Anistar Pokémon Center + Mart before the gym
- Enter Anistar Gym
- Navigate the cosmic warp puzzle
- Defeat the gym trainers
- ★ Defeat Olympia — earn Psychic Badge + TM04 Calm Mind
- Note: The Sundial Mega Ring upgrade is post-Elite Four — don't try to use the Sundial yet
