Route Plan

Find the newly opened Spring Path on Route 214; use Rock Climb to descend around Sendoff Spring; enter Turnback Cave; use Defog; choose doors while counting rooms; find the first, second, and third pillar before thirty rooms; enter Giratina's chamber; save and catch it; collect the post-capture item according to route efficiency.

  • Turnback Cave rearranges its room sequence as doors are chosen. The inscriptions report pillar count and rooms traversed; there is no fixed left-right solution.
  • Reaching Giratina after three pillars within fewer rooms improves the item reward on later visits.

  1. Use Defog immediately and keep a written room count. Avoid returning through the door just used when possible, read every pillar inscription, and reset the attempt if thirty rooms pass before the third pillar.

  • Complete the currently reachable part of this route plan: Find the newly opened Spring Path on Route 214; use Rock Climb to descend around Sendoff Spring; enter Turnback Cave; use Defog; choose doors while counting rooms; find the first, second, and third pillar before thirty rooms; enter Giratina's chamber; save and catch it; collect the post-capture item according to route efficiency.
  • Review all 116 encounter rows across the per-area tables, including game markers, method band, time-of-day rates, levels, and each conditional requirement; mark conditional rows for their stated revisit.
